I’ve received a faulty item!

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please let us know immediately (within 14 days) using the form below so that we may contact our suppliers and sort out a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible. Be descriptive, and be ready to send a photograph of the damage if requested.

We are happy to exchange with the correct size and colour providing we have the right size available.Please be absolutely sure that you select the correct colour and size after reading our size guide! We do not refund if you have simply changed your mind.
